Trevor Chaltz was discussing with Parker how they're spreading crime throughout Seattle to make it seem like OmniStar is now doing a worse job than ever to keep Seattle safe. The next step planned was to continue to rally support for SK in Renton and then move to attack a LS precinct or hire runners to do it.
